Last month Hit Songs reported the winner of Miss Carival 2013 held in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Well who said lightening doesn't strike twice in the same place! The talented LESLASSA ARMOUR SHELLINFORD – MISS DOMINICA has done it again by taking the 2013 JCI crown last evening Friday August 3 in Antigua & Barbuda. Congrats to all the countries that participated.

"JCI Antigua (formally known as Antigua Junior Chamber) produces the Annual Jaycees Caribbean Queen Show now in its 50th year. The pageant is held under the theme "Integrating the Caribbean Through Pageantry".
